You will need to wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat. pillow and water bottle.

Registration: you will need to register once for both the April 4th and 11th workshop. 

IMPORTANT note for new moms: you can participate only after 6 weeks postpartum and permission from your doctor.

This is a free event but a suggested cash donation would be greatly appreciated to help offer more events and grow this chapter.
