In a world full of schedules, screens, and social expectations, many parents find themselves struggling to engage in genuine, joyful play with their children. "Play Like Nobody’s Watching" is a heartwarming and practical presentation designed to help parents reconnect with the simple magic of play—without judgment, pressure, or performance.

This 30-minute session explores how play can be a powerful tool for building connection, trust, and emotional resilience between parents and children. It emphasizes that play doesn’t require fancy toys, Pinterest-worthy setups, or endless energy—it just requires presence, openness, and a willingness to be a little silly.

Through a mix of storytelling, research-backed insights, and live demonstrations, participants will learn how to engage in both toy-based play and people games—those spontaneous, interactive moments like chase, hide-and-seek, or silly role-playing that spark laughter and bonding. The presentation also addresses common barriers to play, such as feeling awkward, being short on time, or not knowing how to “get into it,” and offers simple strategies to overcome them.

Parents will leave with:
A renewed understanding of why play matters for both children and adults
Practical tips for engaging with toys in meaningful ways
A toolkit of easy, no-prep people games to try at home
Encouragement to let go of self-consciousness and embrace playfulness

A reminder that the best kind of play happens when we stop worrying about how we look and start focusing on how we connect.

We look forward to seeing you,
