This workshop is Part 1 of the Canadian Certificate in Perinatal Mental Health (CC-PMH) and is designed to give you:

- A foundational understanding of perinatal mental health
- The ability to identify signs of perinatal distress
- Practical strategies to respond with meaningful support

What You’ll Learn:
- How to define and differentiate symptoms of perinatal mental health disorders
Risk assessment skills to know what’s common vs. concerning
Supportive psychoeducation tools to help families
- Insights into the biopsychosocial factors that shape perinatal mood

This training is private to Flora’s Walk leaders. If you’ve already completed a CPMHT training, you can gift this to up to two team members!

We’re offering this training not only as a thank-you for your leadership, but to make foundational perinatal mental health knowledge and resources more accessible to the communities you serve across Canada.

The information you'll need to get started will be emailed to you before the start date. Don't forget to mark your calendars until then!

Thank you for everything you do to make Flora’s Walk grow year after year!
