Join Team Nest Health in Vaughan. We walk for the third year in a row to spread awareness and raise funds for perinatal mental health!

1 in 5 moms experience postpartum depression or anxiety.
Flora’s Walk exists so no mother walks through that alone.

This May 31st, we’re meeting at Chatfield District Park to walk, raise awareness, raise funds, and show up for our community.
