Can it harm the baby? Would it also increase the risk of early labour?

I heard it's actually good for the baby... becuase it increases the 'internal circulation' or something like that...

It's perfectly safe, unless your doctor/midwife has told you something different. No way it can harm the baby, and near the end of your pregnancy, the progesterone in the sperm can help your labour get going by helping to soften your cervix.
