He charged us $175 as a couple for everything (will, POA, etc) about 2.5 years ago. I don't know if he raised his rates or not recently.

I've been in contact with Michael Litowitz for our will and POA. He's currently charging $200/per person for a couple. That's a lot cheaper than anyone else I found in Markham/Stouffville (by at least $100).
