    Hi Mommies,

I have a little tip for Liam when he's really in pain from teething: a big (hard)celery stalk! He loves it, and I think that's better than chewing on rubber, plastic or any other kind of teether.

    Cheers,

    Julie

    That's a great option.  Thanks!  I wonder, carrots?  :D

Actually, raw carrots are what we gave Naomi to gnaw on when she was teething. It works and she loves it!

My little boy is having his 4th tooth. He has ignored his rubber teether and seem to enjoy chewing cheerios to give him relief.  Keeps him quiet for quite awhile until I'm done with the dishes or sweeping or with my emails.  Yeah, a lot of sweeping since he discovered how wonderful cheerios are.  Here we go again.... I should probably get one o' those hand held Dyson vacuums.  Too bad celery nor carrots interest him.  He gave me that face "Mom, what the heck is this?" with the tongue and pout.  Or I could try and convince him more.  Would save me the sweeping!  :D
