Any one out there raising their children as vegetarians?  We haven't fed our daughter any "meat" since she was born and we would be classified as ovo-lacto for those of us who are familiar with the branches of vegetarianism.

Curious to know what challenges you may be facing, nutritional tips you may have as I have some of my own to share but will wait to see if there's any feedback.
