Yes, I highly highly recommend hypnobirthing.  The experience not only prepared me fully for the birth, it also gave me access to what I've described as 'ancient wisdom' that's in all of us and when it comes to having a child we need to know that we already know what to do and that our babies know what to do.  That was profound for me.  I wished I had learned about accessing ancient wisdom from th time I was 7!
