If you are the kind of parent who desires to have lots of feedback and full details on your child's activities each day, then this daycare is not the place for you and your child. Communication is a major problem at Lullaboo.
The staff and administration are accommodating in some respects. However, the staff turnover is so high that you may be best advised NOT to learn the names of some of the new staff -- instead waiting to see if they will last a two-week period.
My kids have been exposed to 4 different classrooms and about 20 different teachers in one year. I am not exaggerating. It is certainly not the best place if you require continuity!
The food is OK --and they will make accommodations for your child's diet. That is the ONE thing that is undeniably good about Lullaboo. The willingness for them to ensure that your child eats what he or she likes.
Overall, if your child does not require special attention, you may find it to be an OK experience. If however your child needs special attention for whatever reason, you may find that you will encounter a few problems. Let's say that there could be greater attention to detail and definitely more focused and timely follow-through on parent requests.
If you have to negotiate care that is out of the norm, there is no guarantee that you will get what the administration promises to you. You will find yourself having to follow-up and ask again and again. Of course, that is a most undesirable position to find yourself in but that is what obtains at Lullaboo, from time to time.
But most of the problems with continuity and program planning arise from staff selection-- inexperienced and immature students, new grads... very few mature/experienced staff. There is a lot of room for improvement if your child has special or unique needs-- outside of food.
Hope this helps you in your decision-making.
