    Hi Moms,

Just wondering how you went about labelling your child's belongings for daycare? Did you use a sharpie marker and write on the tags of their clothing or did you purchase customized labels?  Wondering what's the best way to go... Your advice would be appreciated!

I use a fine-point sharpie and write my kids' names on the label. Haven't tried the labeling tape available at fabric/notions stores, but I think you iron those on?

I use Mabel's Labels http://www.mabelslabels.com/ They are a Canadian company. I bought the Basic Combo Pack. I find that they are more than enough. I love the clothes labels. You just stick them on the tag of the clothes. I was even able to peel an old label and attach it to another shirt!

I use Mabel's Labels, too. As well as a product that suits our needs, it was really fast service - 3 days from ordering online to receiving the envelope in the mail!

    Mabels Labels!
they are great for snack containers & water bottles too, where a sharpie may not work well.
