Thanks for offering Leanne. But, after a 6-month search, we finally decided to return my twins to the daycare they first started.  It was great that even though for reasons to do with meal options I had withdrawn them from ACE and taken them to Lullaboo. After about a 15 month absence,  ACE was more than willing to  accept my children at short notice and in doing so help us out of a very very bad situation. They put an end to an absolute nightmare. So all is well that ends well.  My children are learning in a very supportive environment that is predictable and approachable. I can watch what's going on from home-- if I so desire!  Again thanks for the offer to help.
