    Hello ladies. I have a lovely 7 month old boy and I am scheduled to return to work in 5 months. I have been searching for daycare but most places only accept at 18 month+ or are full with waiting lists. I'm looking into hiring a nanny to come to my home at Yonge & Sheppard and was wondering if anyone else would like to share a nanny and split the cost. I am only looking for one other person to share the service. Preferably looking for a child similar in age so by spring 11 months to under 2 years old.

    I have the same idea in mind, except it is for spring 2010.

    My daughter will be just over a year in April 2010. We are near Dufferin and Rutherford.

    I am still wondering if anyone would want to share a nanny? We are in Dufferin & Rutherford area. I would actually like to have someone earlier - probably begining of April or end of March.

    Hello  ladies. I originally posted this email way back but didn't get any responses.  I ended up putting my son in school (Mini-Skool) at 11 months and he absolutely loves it!  He is in his 2nd class and ready to move up to the 3rd one when space is available.  His development has been great, the activies lots of fun and educational.  I couldn't be more happy.  It is however quite expensive but the price drops by $90.00/month once they turn 18 months.  I know there is also a location in Richmond Hill and not too far from you ladies and the train station on the Dufferin line.  My son attends the one near Bayview and Sheppard.  Best of luck to you ladies.

    Hi Anna,

    I am not far from you - Dufferin & Hwy 7 area (Thornhill Woods). The timing is a bit off though as I won't be needing daycare/nanny for my daughter until September 2010. I have started looking into some small home daycares in the area, but haven't made any decisions yet.  I'm not sure if you've already found your nanny and if you're still looking for someone to share with, but if Sept 2010 would work at all, let me know and maybe we can chat a bit more about it.  You can also email me at sara.yuffe@gmail.com.
