    stay a home dad with 7 month old girl and 2 1/2 year old boy looking to connect with other parents. Moved to newmarket from Alberta 1 1/2 years ago. Chef by profession so had very little time to make connection with other parents. Now I do. lol

    Hi Paul, since you live in Newmarket join us on April 3rd for a walk at Upper Canada Mall (this is posted on the event calendar). I know the event descriptions says to meet other moms but we would love to have a dad join us as well.

    Hi Paul,
    The Public Library in New Market has many programs for moms and dads on weekdays and weekends. some of them are free and other you have to pay for, but they are very reasonable.
    Good luck and enjoy this precious experience :)

    Hey Paul, I have a 2 1/2 boy and 9 month old girl. I take them to some LWAB events, and also to indoor play centres (in bad weather) such as Zooz (on industrial in Aurora) and Kids at Sea (yonge/mulock). Even the Early Years Centres could be a good idea. I do find it easier to meet people during organized events from LWAB.  There is a firehall visit next Thursday that your little guy may like! :)

    Hi there!

    My husband and I are also from Alberta, born in Edmonton.  We are actually having a couples night at our home on the 31st if you are free to come and meet other parents in the area.  We live near the Upper Canada Mall.  My email is lovelylydie@hotmail.com   Also, I lead a parent stroller run every Wednesday at 10am at Running Free on Main street if you're a runner.
