Diaper genie bags would not be acceptable for the green bin.  I primarily use cloth but when I do use disposables, I put them in a garbage bin lined with a compostable bag.  If you dump any solids into the toilet before tossing (like you should for environmental purposes), then there isn't much smell to deal with.

You can get a second bin from York Region if you find yours is overflowing.
