I have a dr.'s appointment to talk about this, but who else has wrist issues?  My left hand feels like it's falling off every morning. It's from holding my breast during feeding.  I try to do the two longest feeds of the day lying down to alleviate this, but it only goes so far.  Tips?

Have you tried nursing lying on your side?

I've had some wrist pain too over the past 6 months.  I had associated it with picking up my baby out of the crib but noticed it holding my breast while feeding as well yesterday.

While by no means has this solved it completely, but I learned a couple of stretches at mom and baby yoga that seemed to help a little bit.  One was putting your hands together like you are praying and then push on your hands wrists towards the floor and you will feel a stretch.   The other is putting one arm out straight palm side up, bend your hand back and then pull back on that hand with your other hand to feel a stretch.

I'm also trying to be a bit more conscious of how I pick her up and trying not to take all the weight on my wrists.

Hope that helps a little bit.
