Hi Everyone!!
Would anyone be interested is getting together on a weekly basis, to weigh in, take measurements and share tips, tricks, recipes and successes as a group? It would run similar to Weight Watchers with the exception of us using our 'own' plans. (More like TOPS) We could have a small 'dues' in order to buy incentive prizes etc.
I am thinking, we could even take turns bringing a snack for the group, that would be HEALTHY and we could include the recipe and nutritional values??
Let me know your thoughts and I can start putting it together!
