I have a mommy meetup group and we meet all over the City, a lot of time at indoor playgrounds. Some of our favourites include Kidnetix, All For Fun & Fun For All in Scarborough:

http://www.timbuktuplayland.ca/. Like Kidentix, they are both very clean. All For Fun has an amazing wooden structure with tunnels, slides and even baby swings. Both playgrounds are in one big room so you can easily watch multiple children if you need to.
