Part of Family Sundays
The Brothers Grimm is a charming opera by Canadian composer Dean Burry that tells the story of two comical brothers as they gather well-known fairy tales including Rapunzel, Little Red Riding Hood and Rumpelstiltskin. Having celebrated over 500 performances both nationally and internationally, The Brothers Grimm is believed to be the most performed Canadian opera of all time! For over 30 years, the Canadian Opera Company's Glencore Ensemble Studio School Tour has inspired and delighted children with operas adapted or created specifically for young audiences. The production includes costumes, sets, and props, and is performed with piano accompaniment.
