Life With A Baby is all about offering real help to parents just like you. Our events and series are fun ways for expectant, new, and seasoned parents to walk this journey called parenthood together - because it’s better with a village!

In short, women supporting women. Join in to connect with other moms navigating motherhood and everything in-between.

Learn crucial lifesaving CPR techniques and safety fundamentals for the babies and children in your care.

NICU Preterm Program

A support network for families of preterm infants as you transition from the NICU to the first months at home.

    Join us on Friday, July 17th at 2:00 PM for a wild afternoon of jungle-themed fun at our next Life With Baby Party!

    Little explorers and their caregivers can enjoy a variety of exciting activities, including a jungle photo booth, coloring station, scavenger hunt, interactive read-aloud, build-your-own garden activity, and a fun snake craft. There will be plenty of opportunities for creativity, play, and making memories together.

    We'll also be serving light refreshments and cool popsicles to help everyone stay refreshed while they enjoy the festivities.

    Come dressed for adventure and get ready for an unforgettable jungle journey with friends, fun, and family! 🐒🐍🌺

  • Storytime & Craft at Tiny Otters Playspace - Vaughan

    Join us for a Storytime & Craft at Tiny Otters Playspace that will begin around 10:15am in their cozy reading/art area. All craft supplies will be provided.

    This brand new playspace features a huge role-play area, slides, monkey bars, a little sandbox, and much much more. So be prepared to have fun and get a little messy. There’s seating areas throughout, a designated snacking area, and child-friendly washrooms.

    LWAB members receive a special discounted price. 

    Pay at the door:
    12+ months - $13.60+HST per child + parent pair 
    0-12 months - free with a paid sibling, otherwise $13.60+HST

    Parents are offered free coffee or tea, and each child will receive a small free snack or balloon.

  • Outdoor Tie Dye & Circle Time (Richmond Hill)

    Join Shirley for outdoor tie dye and circle time! Bring a blanket, a favourite toy to share with your friends, and a fun time with the LWAB community. If you attended an event at Indigo Hillcrest, this one will be similar! Space is limited :) This event will be moved indoors nearby if it rains.

    Cost: $5 per child & caregiver paid online

    What to bring - a blanket, your favourite white item to tie dye (ie. socks, headband, pillowcase, towels. All other supplies will be provided.

    Start your weekend with fun, connection, and hands-on play at Sensory Saturday!

    This family-friendly program is designed for children and their caregivers to explore interactive sensory activities together in a welcoming, relaxed environment.

    Parents can enjoy quality time playing alongside their child, meeting other families, and letting little ones explore freely without worrying about the mess at home. We’ll handle the cleanup so you can head off and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

    Activities may include sensory bins, creative play stations, movement activities, and more, all designed to encourage exploration, social interaction, and fun.

    Important Information:

    ● Parent/caregiver supervision is required at all times. While we will do our best to ensure activities do not contain small pieces, caregivers are responsible for closely monitoring their child during play.

    ● Feel free to bring your own coffee or tea, or purchase a beverage from the Kiwanis counter located near the building entrance.

    Come play, connect, and kick off your Saturday with sensory fun!
